✨ We want our workshops to be fun, welcoming and easy for everyone. Here are a few simple things to know when booking:1. Booking your place
Your place is confirmed once we’ve received your payment. We can’t wait to have you Nach-ing with us!2. What your booking includes
Your booking covers the number of places you selected when booking. Please make sure you book a place for everyone attending.3. Kids & supervision
We'll be there to supervise, teach and make sure the kids are enjoying their time during the session! Parents/gaurdians are ultimately responsible for their child.4. If you can’t make it
We know plans can change! If you’re unable to attend a session, please let us know as soon as you can. Missed sessions are not normally refundable or transferable, but please get in touch if something unexpected comes up and we’ll do our best to help.5. Cancellations & refunds
As places are limited, bookings are generally non-refundable. However, if you have an issue with your booking, please get in touch with us.6. Changes to the workshop
Occasionally, we may need to make small changes to the venue, timing or running order of a session. If anything changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.7. Taking part
Our workshops are all about having fun and moving together! Everyone should participate at a level that feels comfortable and safe for them.8. Photos & videos 📸
We would like to take photos and videos during our workshops to share the Everybody Nach experience on our social media, website and other promotional materials. If you or your child would prefer not to be included, kindly let us know.9. Your information
Any information you provide when booking will only be used to manage your booking, keep you updated about the workshop and communicate with you in line with our Privacy Notice.10. Questions?

Payments for Everybody Nach bookings may be processed securely through Stripe.When you make a payment, Stripe may collect and process information necessary to process the transaction, such as your name, email address and payment details.We do not receive or store your full card details.Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.7. Children's information
For some workshops, we may ask for the name and age of children attending. This information is collected from their parent or carer and is used to help us administer and safely manage the session.We ask parents or carers to provide this information only where necessary for the booking.We do not use children's information for marketing purposes.8. Photography and video
We may take photographs or videos during Everybody Nach classes, workshops and events for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media.Where photography or video involving children is intended for promotional use, we will seek appropriate consent from a parent or carer.If you do not want yourself or your child to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please let us know.9.
